The Dread of the January Scales

Christmas parties, Christmas dinner, Christmas indulgence – such a fantastic time… And then reality hits as, you hitch those jeans up, squeezing one leg half way up, then the other just a bit further… Until yes awesome you have them on just about! Convincing yourself they are newly laundered and have shrunk in the wash you go off, sub consciously aware of a discomfort around the thighs and the middle… Does that sound familiar?

We are offering a fabulous 8 week weight loss programme, yes its a bit intensive but you are guaranteed to lose weight. There are only 10 places on this plan, we give everyone the attention you deserve, the tools and the motivation to win the weight loss battle!
You will start your January Scales programme with an assigned personal trainer who will take your starting weight, fat percentage, lean tissue and photographs to show you just how much your body can change in 8 weeks. (although photographs are optional ) We will work out your basal metabolic rate, chat to you about your lifestyle, mindset and how many calories you might need per day.
To help you along your way we give you your first weeks main meals free, obviously 7 in total. (supplied by our partners, Fuelled). You order these and pick them up from our kitchen when you finish your personal training sessions. This will help you to understand nutritionally based meals and calorie content… your personal trainer will work with you to develop a nutritional plan which fits your lifestyle.
They will also book you into your personal training sessions for the following week.
You can try our protein brownies, you get one free every week, experience how something as simple and delicious as this can actually be useful to fuel you up mid afternoon and pre workout.
Your weight loss programme will include up to 4 small group personal training sessions, per week, we have 40 to choose from at all times during the day so you can be flexible when you take them. There are a maximum of 4 people per group with 1 personal trainer, this ensures you work safely with the right technique and at an intensity which is right for you. This is a fun way of working out and the rest of the group, including your personal trainer will motivate you to succeed and enjoy your sessions.
You will be excited to know how you are getting on .. so after 4 weeks we check your progression, this will motivate and drive you for the remainder of your plan..
